How Qingji works
From RFQ inputs to an actionable project review.
Qingji coordinates commercial communication, technical clarification and project follow-up. Component and equipment projects start from actual drawings, samples or inspection requirements.

Project coordination
Align the technical inputs before process, configuration and quotation.
Metal components are reviewed against drawing, material, critical tolerances, finish and volume. Inspection equipment is reviewed against the part, defect list, accuracy, speed and line interfaces.
RFQ workflow
Four stages for technical and commercial alignment.
- 01Define the part or inspection task
Confirm the application, drawing revision, sample condition and dimensions or defects to control.
- 02Confirm technical inputs
Material, heat treatment, finish, tolerance, volume, cycle time and quality criteria.
- 03Review process and configuration
Review the production route, equipment configuration, sample plan and open technical questions.
- 04Quote and continue the project
Align commercial terms, lead time, sample delivery and follow-up communication.
Information checklist
These inputs make the first reply more useful.
